How far will you take it?
wel i'm a suspension nut, i'll do the suspension up, larger front and rear sway bars, front and rear strutbar, possibly full coilover setup preferebly b+g or H&R, also upgrade bushings to full pollyurethane. then focus on brakes, possibly a larger brake system 4 piston caliper front 2 piston rear, sloted rotors possibly a 13-14" rotors front and 12-13" rear.
well my primary focus will be handling and stoping, if you have that generally your car should accelerate slightly quicker. superchevy magazine did a test on a camaro z28 it was running 13.5 in the 1/4 bone stock and after a full suspension upgrade it was achieving a 13.05, so thats almost .5 second off et w/ just suspension. alot of people make the mistake in making there car go faster but if your car goes faster it makes it harder for the car to corner and stop cuz you'll be going faster around corners and so on and so forth, so i figure if i have the suspension and braking complete i can do what ever bolt on speed parts i want and not have to worry about handling and braking.
please god no ricer body kits. And hopefully the exhaust upgrades will involve as few coffee cans as possible.
I think maybe just an intake, and some winter tires/rims. Maybe even a pulley, since I have one already. I think this car will do pretty well handling and braking wise, so I would only do some of those mods if it was really beneficial, and not too costly.

Well the basic jist of what I want to do, Full coilover suspension, ram air induction if possible, PSI-FI's twincharger upgrade (when available of course). After all that of course a full exhaust, downpipe, headers, probably 18 inch 01designs rims (carbon fiber look), blue underglow, and probably not too many body enhancements. I want a smooth, clean look, with alot of power.
For two weeks, starting July 11th, mine goes in for first phase powertrain upgrades.
Engine:
Eagle rods to handle the power.
Wiseco 8.9-1 reduced compression pistons for the forced induction.
Bates Engineering Valve springs and timing chain tensioner pin to increase the RPM redline to 7500.
GM Performance Adjustable cam timing gears to advance the cams after the turbo is installed.
Trans:
Limited Slip Differential
Raybestos "Blue Plate Special" clutches
Torrington Bearing Set
High Pressure fluid pump
Engine will be able to safely handle 600 horse power and Trans will be able to handle over 400 ft/lbs of torque safely. I'm only going to do about 350 horse power.
The turbo kit is still in development by Hahn Racecraft and will be available in August (estimated).
This car will be a sleeper. No really fancy appearance mods. I have the RKSport kit on it right now and the back 3 windows are tinted. I may switch the front facia to an intercooler ducted front end after the turbo is in.
There are a lot of other things I want to do, but the above is already paid for and planned.
