Usually once a week, unless there has been no rain then it usually stays pretty clean. I just washed it last weekend and it still looks clean, we haven't had any rain this week so I don't think I'll need to wash it this weekend.

Also do a good inside and under the hood detail once a month.

 

1 through cleaning a year with a wax.

Just wash about 3 times a year.

Rinse the salt of in the winter as needed. (a lot)

 

I use the Mr. Clean Auto wash system 2 times a week and I spend about 3 to 4 hours detailing her. If I'm going on a road trip I will spend 6 to 8 hours on her. I normally hand wax it twice a month. But I've been known to break the cleaner and wax and hit areas of the car that get alot of road grime IE: front bumbers and headlights, mirrors and side panels. And the wing and rear deck lid get dirty and gritty quickly.

My poor F 350 4x4 is been feeling a little left out since I bought my Cobalt. I used to wash that BEAST every week and wax it twice a month. Now it would be lucky to get washed and waxed once a month. OH hey there is something for me to do on my next day off!
