How should I handle this?

For the sixth time now my A/C is leaking in the cabin, all over the dash from the vents and has a weird smell this time. Now I've already had this car in 5 other times in one year and 6 months for the air conditioner and related parts.. I can't seem to get this fixed..

Fixes

1. TAC informed that leak coming from insufficent meshing (MIA) from factory, they install
2. Leaking still, found a leak in a hose. Replaced
3. Water all over dash again, this time ruined radio and flooded my cup holder. Found another leak and fixed.
4. Water now leaking on dash and on floor, ruined carpets and left odor behind. They remove odor and supposedly fixed leak.
5. Leak again but only worse, TAC infomed that drainage pipe was damaged from excess useage of A/C , replaced..
6. I don't know what the fack to do..

All these events occurred within months of each other. The car sits pretty at a whopping 48,000 miles and I am on extended warranty right now. Each time I bring it in they charge $100 deductible but still can't seem to get the problem fixed. I've been to several dealerships all whom can't seem to get this problem fixed.. *sigh*.

I cannot claim lemon because the car is already past the standard warranty and the dealership will not do a buy back and GM won't touch this car with a two foot pole without spending lots of $$.

I cannot keep doing this anymore. Selling is not an option because once the service history is read they are liable to laugh and walk away. Half the time I don't even use the A/C and these problems just come up. It's a joke.... I'd sue but seems like everyone does that anymore.. Legal advice tells that I should just put an ultimatum in a letter to GM to get it fixed or face legal action.

Just wondering what you think I should do. I'm out of options..& I still owe 3 more years of payments to this car...

Sad SS/SC Driver,

Mike

P.S For those GM Tech guys, here is my VIN #: 1G1AP12P657566591, check the history. It's bad. I got about 12 pages of history with this car...

I just told you I cannot claim lemon. Law states if it's past the standard warranty not much more can come out of it.

As for the third post, very funny. I am quickly typing these thoughts down..

I just took mine in not too long ago for the same thing... they told me there is an updated gasket that just came out... blah blah blah... But that is the truth because I saw it on Progressive as well. I will find the Repair Order and find out what #'s they used and let you know.
