hey guys,

Just found this place,looks pretty sweet. Anywhoo,I'm all giddy like a little schoolboy because I just put an order in for a black on grey leather '06 Cobalt SS sedan on Monday. Sunroof,premium stereo,but I opted for an automatic this time around. I'm getting too lazy to drive a stick every day like I've been doing for the last 3 years. Only options I didn't outfit the car with were XM radio,side curtain airbags and the smoker's package. Came to about $26,690 cdn,and with my discounts,trade in,grad plan and GM points,I got it knocked down to just over $21k.

I'm expecting to take delivery of the car in either late February or early march. Unfortunately,it's just a lease,so I won't get to bugger and play with it as much as I'd like,but I've spent too much money modding cars in the last few years,so I think it's time to get out of it for a little while and just get a car that's already got the goods on it.

Anyways,I've been reading reviews and stuff,and after taking one for a test drive I was more than impressed with it. I was just wondering what,if any problems I should watch out for on it? Anything from thin paint that chips easily to the piston shooting out the oil pan.

I'm $500 away from my $3000 goal for the down payment,so I'm looking at another 4 weeks maybe.

Hope that 4 weeks comes soon because my Contour is hanging on by a thread. Stupid car. It really has been Fixed Or Repaired Daily.
