I Got My Vin # !!!

I just called the dealership today and they have my vin # . I ordered the car way back in 3/11/05 With everything, G85,Onstar,XM,Sunroof,Arival Blue. Awaiting delivery date. Question I have is what is the process you Guys & Gals went through at the dealership with the purchasing process? IE What do they try to sell you extra and someone wrote about using an additive in the oil for breakin. Any help would be nice.

For me, they tried the extra add-on stuff during negotiations. Once you've signed the first set of paperwork, they don't try to sell you anymore stuff. The actual pickup is fairly quick - check the car out to make sure it's exactly what you ordered and that everything is in shape, sign the final paperwork, and you're off to the races.

I cant wait to get it. I just hope that I dont get a runaround like I have been getting, not knowing what the holdup was on the car.

Its just a safety precaution with you in mind. I had a friend who bought a car, but didnt get insurance on it beforehand. It was stolen the day he bought it, and NO ONE compensated him. I'd wait if I were you.
