Call this a Service Manager?

Last week i took my car to the dealer cuz of a supercharger noise, I left it there and the next day the service manager called me and told me that he had ordered another turbo and the car would be ready in 2 days
yeah NOw in my case I had the Service manager saying that it was a turbo, Oh they actually had to order 2 S/C because they ruined the first one when trying to take out the pulley... This people are a joke.

 

dude i hate that....

the place thats suposed to fix my car doesnt even know what the hell it is.

 

At the chrysler dealer that I work at, chrysler put a traction control dash panel in a car and when the customer went to hit it, nothing happened. We found out that it didnt come with it, they just put the wrong panel in it. Long story short, i think there was a lawsuit.

 

dont put that on the whole dealership. thats sales...the majority of them don't know anything...anything at all. The service department could still be good even though the sales isn't.

 

Yah im not bustin on them, they have done it since I got the car I just thought I'd get everyone stirred with the thread title and then give them a good laugh once they read it. The dealer has actually treated me pretty good and I'm the only one that has purchased an SS/SC from them so nobody else has got the template letter lol.

but when i go to get the oil changed and so on and so fourth hey cool car whats that thing run whats the 0-60 how many horses ?

 

haha true!! lol, i knew this one chick a while back, she was 18 and had a kid, so i guess that would be consided a ****, and i dont know who is hotter, her or her mom, wow, she was probally 40+ but damn she was hott! she is also a grandma i guess(GILF)...haha

 

Well that basicaly sums up what we have known for a while now.

GM is just unbelievably ignorant in every way.

How the heck do companies that stupid make it? I'll never know. Unreal.
