Ok since i doot feel like being a post/topic ***** ill just ask them in one topic..were i go...

1. I want to replace my license plate bulb from stock to a green bulb. I was planning on just using my 1337 LED skills and make a small tube to fit up in there to make a green glow, but if they make a bulb that would be way easier. Where can i get this bulb or anyone have the size of it something?

2. I bought a shorty Antenna and they suck horribly. I get 1 out of my 10 stations so i switched back to the 10 story stock one. But i was wondering could i cut it down to be like 10-13 inchs tall? How would i go about doing that or should i cut it and then put back together the bottom and top so i still have the ball thing on top but a much shorter antenna? Would i still get good recp?

3. My damn sunroof creeks over every bump in the road and its damn annoying. Whats the fix for this besides bringing it to my dealer? Do i apply vasoline somewhere?
Sorry for long questions but i am curious Oh i also drive a 05 2.2 sedan if that makes a difference? thanks

 

they have plenty of those lights on the ricer isles in wal mart, pep boys, advance auto
but idk how long its going to take before you get pulled over for a green bulb in place of a white one, kinda pointless and tacky but thats my .02

i have no trouble with reception with my shorty, did you get your's from antennaX.com??
i wouldnt cut the stock one though.

3rd.. vasoline in a sunroof? i dont have a sunroof, so idk, but i dont think id put vasoline in it, anywhere

 

I'd laugh my ass off at the cop that would pull me over for having the wrong color bulb in my license plate. At least the bitch lights up!!

 

i just cut my antenna down from stock... then i sanded it, primed it, and painted it gloss black..... took less than an hour to do and i get every station just as good as if i had that ginormous thing on my car.

 

Yea i got my antennaX and i get **** for stations. Sucks.

I read some where you put something on the tracks to stop it squeaking over every lil bump. I dunno thats why im asking. And the bulb isnt ricey... Its not like its lighting up so you can see it a mile away just a soft soft glow to light up my smoke black cover. Just working with my overall theme Black/Green. I have my LEDs in my cupholder that i installed also neon under the dash/seats. I guess people have there own taste
