I need help guys

I bought a 2.4 intake manifold I'm looking at my 2.2 and it looks the same except where the brake booster connect 2.2 on the side 2.4 in the front.
They look the same. Now I'm thinking what would this help my car with?

Your car appears to be 07-08. Apparently the 09+ LAP manifold and the 08+ LE5 are the same volume. So as long as your car isn't a 09+ it should still show a gain. A small one, but still a gain

I'd just throw the manifold on there and enjoy it.

You mean jumping around? Make sure there isn't any vacuum lines disconnected.

Did you move the blade on the throttle body?

Now I'm thinking about buying a 2.4 throttle body and tuning. Anybody knows about trifecta tuning?

Most likely if you have a high idle, you might get lucky if you unplug your battery for a few minutes it might relearn idle correctly. I'd also check for any vacuum leaks before you go buying a new throttle body normally if they're bad it will put you in engine power reduced mode
