My cobalt looked like that yesterday morning! I was going to take a pic too, but was too lazy. What state you live in? It's all melted here in central NY now...

Freezing rain for the win, That just happend to me, I started scraping then windows, but it was so thick I had to run and get some hot water to melt it. I was laughing so hard my car was frozen solid.

 

Mine looks like that right now...stupid winter

 

Ice is so bad for paint though...I put mine in the garage when i heard it was going to be freezing rain.

 

HOLY CRAP MAN!!!!! Damn! This is why i pay the big bucks to live in So-Cal.

 

Not all of us have garages. Its really a bitch getting your doors open when they're iced closed...

 

Well i got a garage.. but its taken up with more important vehilces.. lol..

Then peeling your wipers off the windsheild . Mines out 24/7 We got the ice last night , supposed to get up to foot of snow over the next couple days off the lake . Lake effect snow sucks ***** .

 

dang, here in GA its a comfortable 70. i dont think i could survive in that cold of a climate.

 

I am in WA right now and no ice but it is coverd by 2 ft of snow. I can't wait until I get to Palm Desert CA, in a couple of weeks!

 

Im definately buying a car cover as soon as i hear its going to snow here.

Why is ice so bad for the paint? I haven't noticed any problems with the paint and this is the 2nd winter it will be going through out doors.
I didn't know the weather was going to be freezing rain. Not that i could have done anything about it.
My cobalt doesn't have the luxury of a warm garage... or even a cold one for that matter.
I rent where the driveway and garage are always used by the owners.

Im in Oshawa Ontario... still nasty to drive here. I can't afford snow tires right now, so i drive like an old lady.

Makes the e-brake fun when no body is around though!
