Has anyone else had their ignition key lock up so you can't turn it to start the car? I've moved the wheel both ways per the instruction manual, still locked up. My key has always inserted sort of hard. I hope someone has the answer because I don't know how you service a car when it can't be started and is sitting in your garage.

 

This happened to me... I had to get the car towed to the local dealership and have them fix it. It took them 5 days to get the part in and fix my car... sorry to hear that this has happened to someone else... call the 1800 number on the side windiw of the car and a tow truck will be there in a little while.

 

Thanks. Did they say why this happened? Seems strange that a lock would work for 3 months, then suddently lock up for no reason at all.
