Ingalls question

I finally got mine in the mail today and I was wondering if you need to adjust it at all before you put it on the car. And if so, how do you adjust it, I couldn't find anything on here that said how.

it comes set at 14mm. the lowest setting that you want to put it down to is 12mm. the ingalls instructions tell you how to adjust it. you just need two open-end wrenches

Okay cool. I had read through that "how-to", but I was just curious what people thought the best setting for it was (for mostly DD).

I left mine at the factory preset 14mm, works fine, no hop, a little vibration.

Even at 10mm ,the tightest setting, i still get wheel hop. Just not as much as before. I would say 12mm is a good DD setting thou.

I kept mine at the factory preset. Worked WONDERS!

I only wanted it though so I wouldnt wheel hop in the rain.

For that, it was succesful. Couldnt tell you about launching though.
