lol, get the turbo cobalt, you wont be dissappointed. If she wants an SUV, tell her to trade "her" car in, the cobalt ls, and get an SUV, if she has to take a hit on the cobalt ls, so be it.

I gotta ask the situation first though, Did you tell her to get a cobalt ls or did she choose that car?

side note: All women are all about the "I want, I want, I want..." Drives me nuts. They're like 8 year old children.

Since you're taking the "it's up to you" route, maybe you should consider the 4-door TC since that might put forth the appearance of being considerate and "planning for the future" . She can't complain that you can't put kids in the back so she'll have little argument short of not getting her own way and getting the SUV .

Good luck !

dude, she just got a new car, let her keep her cobalt, and you guy buy a new ss/tc, and pick up that new gm stage kit while ur there. she cant get two cars just like that, she just got a car, she should keep it for a while, besides she doesnt need an suv, until you have at least three kids there is no need for that big of a car

well, now you have a dilemma, how much can you spend on the project car, cuz that could make for a fast fun weekend car, and you could just use the ls as a dd

the problem with most women i've run into and cars, is that once they get it in their head that a vehicle is "cute" or they're like "omg i have to have one of those" they are going to get one come hell or high water. good luck trying to talk her out of the cx7. i wouldn't personally want one, but at least they look decent and are nice. If she wants it, tell her to go for it. in the meantime, get yourself a project tuner car and play with it. that way, when she's driving around in her cx7 showing off her adorable little SUV to all of her friends, you can sit in your garage bolting on parts, upping boost, and making it louder.

If she wins and gets a SUV, I support the Equinox Sport for the Wifemobile in 2010!

That being said.. SS/TC FTW
