Ok, I got a feeling I'm gonna get flamed for asking this, but are the cobalts still based on the J-body platform?

They are based on the old J body as much as the 2002 Camaros were based on the 1979
ones. LOL!!

Yeah but 2002 Camaro's being based off 1982 camaro's is not cool. LOL

Still was pretty darn good for a 20 year old platform.

the Ford Fox body hung around from 1978 (Ford Fairmont/Mercury Zephyr) to 2004 with the last of the Mustangs... it was called Fox-4. So that was one hell of a run, too.
