Unhappy Last Night not cool!!

Well to get started I wanted to switch out the coilovers with pedder springs that I bought off a buddy of mine. So the whole moral of the story I ended up swapping the front struts but the rear I can't do. One very simple reason why: The key to the locking lug nut broke because I used an impact. The key pacifically says DO NOT USE IMPACT, knowing me and not giving a damn about what it says that's what I've been using this whole time lol. So now I'm on the weirdest setup front is stock rear is coilover and pretty much stuck like that until the new key comes in. I mean I could torch it out but that will cost money so I'm pretty much stuck with it for now. Plus I hear a knocking noise from the front of my car that might be related to the endlinks I mean they've always been sort of bad since when I got the car it was always sort of knocking but now it's really knocking lol. I have power grid endlinks coming in today but can't install them. That's my night all in a nut shell lol.

Well man it's because it's so stiff and rigged I didn't like the feel of it. Don't get me wrong handling turns is no joke when it comes to coilovers but also my fiancée complained about it so much and liked my old setup on my 2.4 I'll be selling the coilovers soon just a matter of when I can take the rest of it off my car lol.

oh i see, im sure i will go through the same thing with my girlfriend. im going from sportlines to stances and she hates how low it is now.. that should be fun, however i usually use an impact on the lock nut but i think that will come to an end.

True that man, after this no more using in impact on lugs instead I'm gonna buy a torque wrench. Haha yeah man well the thing is while she's here we both drive the SS/TC I taught her how to drive stick and she got it done faster than I ever have. It's gonna be fun for the next few days driving down town Austin my car looks higher in the front and low to the rear lol.

Well didn't have to torch them off lol but they where a pain to remove with a impact lol. Now another problem since I put back on the stock stuff for the front the car vibrates a lot on idle. All I did was replace the suspension, any reason why?

Anyone know if torquing the bolts on the struts can solve the vibration problem? I mean hand tighting isn't factory anyone?
