Learning live data on OBD scanner

Hey Guys,
I need your help deciphering live data. I purchased a scanner to show this, and ran up the vehicle to temperature, and this is the info I received all at idle:

Load=32%
SHRTFT1= 6.3% give or take a couple of %
LONGFT!-= -11.7%
MAF(g/s)=2.86
TP= 14.1%
EVAP= 12.9%
FLI= 80%
EVAP VP(Pa)= -81.50%
BARO(KPa)= 99
CATEMP11(Celsius) = 566.00
VPWR(V)= 15.19
This is basically the freeze frame of the information, I was hoping someone can explain these and what to look for as far as anything out of the ordinary.
Thank you,
Jason

Your LONGFT! is the LTFT refereed to around here, which is Long Term Fuel Trims, and at -11.7% that is an issue, granted the STFT is at +6.3 for a combined FT adjustment of -5.4%.

Is your car tuned?

The car is a 2.4 and is pretty much stock with a K&N SRI, which I've been debating getting rid of and putting the regular air box back on. It came with the car when I bought it back in 2015, but back then it would average 28-29 MPG, now is down to 22.
What might cause the LTFT to be at -11.7%? Thanks for your help.

That's maybe what I was thinking too. I've heard various inputs that an aftermarket intake requires a tune and others saying that it doesn't require a tune. I'm just baffled by why the mileage went down, because it ran fine and mileage was good with the K&N on it. Is there anything else I should look at as well? No codes show up, but could a flex pipe leak (which I think I might have) cause this?
Is there also a way I can find out what the normal parameters be on the items listed above?
Again, thanks for your help, I'm learning as I go...

-11% means it's running 11% rich and it's trying to pull fuel to compensate. I always thought intakes made the car run leaner than stock and that was mostly in higher RPMs.

Is the intake filter old or very dirty?

When was the last time you did a tune up? Fuel Filter, spark plugs, air filter,

Make sure there isn't a leak or a bad seal on the intake or around the filter.

The filter was cleaned within the past 3 months, and I'm pretty careful on the oiling. I can check for leaks around the filter, and I'm not sure, but what I heard is the cone filters are oblong to be able to rotate it and point it at various angles. I may look and try that. Plugs are a little over a year old and gapped within specs. I believe the fuel filter is due for a change as it has about 32,000 miles on it or so.
