Ok so i wanna make my third brake light a led with a led strip i bout for under the dash and ive seen a thread on how to do it but i cant find. Anyone know how to?

 

how to install the 3rd brake led or to install a dash led?

 

Third brake light led but im gonna use a dash led strip for it....ive seen it done i just dnt remember how to do it

 

meh pretty simple im sure.

pull the trunk carpet

undo the 2 10mm bolts holding on the 3rd brake light, unplug

3rd brake light simply comes apart, remove the lightboard

from there idk if you need resistors for the light to work or if you need to use an existing socket or if you can just do + and - to the + and - on the old wires

 

Right on thnx....there its any sealant round the break light
