for all the naysayers that said the lemon law wouldnt work it did. Filed for lemon on my car against GM they paid me 4500 for my problems wouldnt buy the car back so i traded it in instead

 

the lemon law works... its just most people think after 1 issue they should have it.

 

That's not a real lemon law. Lemon law stats they must buy the car back. They just paid you off.

 

lemon law or not i still got paid. I think anyone else would have done the same. total days the car was at the dealership 115 not all at once over the course of 2 yrs. 3 conputers 5 new wire harness, sunroof, roofliner, 3 heaters, 1 radio, intercooler and to many more to list lol

soo your other thread you said they gave you 13k for your 07 SC/SS...but they on top of that gave you $4500? sounds odd.

 

atleast you got something out of it. lemon law works like its said. but people think after 1 or 2 issues the should be given a brand new car.

GMS pricing of 2258 and then anther 2300 for a dealer hold....becase it sat on the lot for so long
