hey guys...i have a 2010 cobalt ss turbo with a k&n sri, 3 in cat-back exhaust and gm stage 1...i had this guy try nd tune it with hptuners nd he only got 285 hp outta it...but he did get 350 tq...i recently had to go back to the dealership so i had it taken off...i was wonderin if there was any1 in the philly area that knows how to use hptuners nd can get me the best hp nd tq numbers.
