I don't understand what those do. Isn't it the sam as a custome tune, only more expensive?

Its pretty much a box with pretuned settings that allow for easy "tuning" allows like different modes its common with trucks.

If its a hypertech like it says it its it will just be a hotter tune better shift points etc. but you will not be able to tune for upgrades.

Hypertech is a well known and reputible company. However, to the best of my knowledge, and according to their web site, they do not yet support the Cobalt. I have seen other people advertise their product before like this even though it would not work.

Hypertech = good
Company trying to sell it = bad
