Looking at an untuned car. Please help!

Im looking at a 30k mile cobalt ss turbo that has a mp intercooler and an intake but no tune. Is this bad for the car? I know that with my 03 cobra I would never run untuned. Thanks guys

No, its not bad but you wont gain any hp without a tune.
