Loud Exhuast?

Loud Exhuast?

Does anyone know of a three inch exhuast that is not too loud?

I think all the three inch exhaust's are going to be loud. Mine was really loud.

It really is not all on the diameter of the pipe, as they style of the muffler. Also, some customers think the vibrant is to loud and some think it is just right (vibrant is the only manufacture that makes 3" that we know of)

If you want something more suttle, try the corsa touring, it has great gains and sound very nice IMO for someone wanting performance and still keep it quiet.

Well from what I understand for what kind of numbers I eventually want to get I would need a three inch exhuast. I want to have over 320 whp. I know that this will reguire a more efficiant Supercharger and I am willing to get one. I am thinking that maybe a custom made exhuast with a good flowing muffler that keeps it quite would be in order for me.

You can reach that HP number w/o such a large exhaust.

I figured but I would think that there wouldn't be much of a sound diff between the 2.5 and then 3. And the diff in performance would start to show with more power.

Well the 3" will make you lose some low end torque and make more high end hp.
