Lowest & Highest outside temp seen on DIC

I was wondering what the LOWEST & HIGHEST outside temperature that has even been seen on the Cobalt DIC (driver information center).
I forgot what I saw last winter... today I was seeing 14 degrees
I also forgot what I saw this summer... I know I've seen 98 degrees

please DO NOT RESPOND if you CAN NOT beat 14 degrees or 98 degrees

so, is that the largest big city in Alberta? I was checking it out on the map... you are way up north!!!
I'd love to get up there sometime, just to check it out, in the summer of course
so far the furthest north I have been in Canada is Montreal when I was living in New York
