Moog K201285 CAB

Anyone run the Moog K201285 bushings? No reviews that I can find on the interwebz. Yes I know Powell's are better etc etc.

I’ve had em in for a few years now. No complaints. Not race car status but better than stock.

They’re solid rubber vs the holes in the stock ones.

He is not talking about the regular moog replacement ones. The ones he is asking about and spherical control arm bushings. Look the part # up and look at images.

Yeah, I've got the solid rubber ones already. The reason I asked is since turning up the boost I've got some wicked "torque steer." I put it in quotes because it's not true torque steer per se, but squirrelliness when I punch it. I've got some new sway bar bushings to hopefully get rid of the clunking (not holding my breath though), and was considering replacing the CAB's with these and maybe strut mounts too while I'm at it.

I would suggest looking at your rear twist beam bushings. I remember a post Powell made some time ago about why you would want to replace these if after you replaced the CAB bushings and were experiencing pulling or a loose rear end feeling.

If need be, I'm local to you and have the Kent-Moore specialty tool(s).

Bringing this one back from the dead...

Did you end up going with the K201285 bushings exninja?

I've been trying to find info on them & came across your post.

Yes I've been running them all summer. No issues. Granted i've only put maybe 800 miles on them...
Although it didn't cure my squirelliness I'm happy with them.

Thanks for the quick reply brother. I think that I'll get some on order then as mine '08 is a bit squirrelly also & I want to eliminate the CABs as the possible cause.

I'm in the Chandler area, where in AZ are you?
