N3wb question

What are the ideal shift points (rpm's) for my car. I have been shifting at redline and recently took a look at a torque curve and a paper discussing how its better to shift at a slightly lower RPM in which you dont lose torque going down the curve like you would at redline. I did search but didn't exactly come up with what i wanted to know. Thanks in advance.

I always wondered this too. Some say lower then redline but then this came to mind-
If the higher the rev then shift the higher in the rpms you will be in the next gear. Wouldnt that in turn be better?

take it to redline. one of the reasons stage 2 is such a step up is becuase in stock form the car falls on its face on the 1-2. by raising the redline the car falls right back into the powerband

Run it all the way out. The SS/SC isn't like a N/A car because it actually makes power all the way up to redline. Don't bang it off the limiter... but run it up to 6800 or so (stage 2 assumed)... it'll pull all the way.
