need help finding adapters

im looking for 3/4 adapters to connect into a resivoir. anyone know where i can find these. hopefully i can find the adapters that kinda seal itself when connecting them to the resivoir.

i believe its called something like a self sealing tank tap, or adapter, but i cant find one anywhere. anyone know of a good place?
