I can't answer the video question, but out of curiosity, who is the manufacturer of your AR? I've got a Bushmaster.

Well. Its a pre-ban "JAR-15 A2" Pre-olympic arms. I dont know much about the guns themselves. I just like shooting it and the way it looks. Every 500 rounds i take it to get professionally cleaned.

sounds like you don't need that gun if you have to take it to get cleaned.

uhh, no. I take the basic stuff apart and clean it. Carrier bolt, receiver, barrel and all that happy crap I can clean by myself everytime after I shoot it. I try to have it completely disassembled and cleaned at a gunsmith every 500 rounds. I dont have the patience, time, or tools to take it all apart.

You don't need to take it apart that often. Disassembling it too much will actually be a detriment to accuracy, especially on an AR.
