Need Info On Aeroforce Interceptor Gauge

my aeroforce gauge is very dim when the car is running but when i shut it off it goes back to normal....kind of like the increased voltage is making the display weaker somehow....anyone have this same problem and if so what can i do to fix it??? and i have adjusted the display and it is almost unreadable when the car is running

Do you have any other guages tapped off of this one that might be drawing current?

A freind of mine had an interceptor that was always super dim and he just emailed them. They sent him a way to reset it and fixed it for a bit. It did it again a while later and he just reset it again.

Should plug into OBD and run off that power.

If you have anything tapped off the interceptor then take it off.
