The only code it's thrown that I know of is the rear o2 threw code with out cel like it normally did I haven't tested it since the sound tho

How are you sure that its 100% the timing chain making the noise? Have you used a stethoscope to isolate where the sound is coming from?

I don't know honestly it didn't make the noise all the time only every once in a blue moon with the old tensioner so I saw that could be what was going on so I changed it and now I have the noise more often after being ran awhile

If you didn't take your valve cover off when you installed the new tension then you never released the new tensioner and that is likely what is causing this noise.

I just looking at it timing area looks perfect no issues there but you can tell that the back cam is got issues what he did was but the cam sensor on the ohm reader and wasn't reading the way it was supposed to it's not getting enough oil to the cam and you can see the wear is different than the front cam
