Need some help with my hids

I installed the Bixenon kit from buyhids.com a few months ago. My high beams have not worked since i put them in. i cant figure out how to get them to turn on. and my bulbs seem to be loose in the housing i can wiggle them around and the light output moves up and down. Does anyone else have this problem? Any tips are greatly appreciated.

you most likely have to swap the wires on the blue plug

talk to mkulrey13, I purchased a bixenon kit from him / buyhid.com during the group buy on here a while back installed them in less than an hour and have not had any problems you might also get on their web site and find the installation instructions and double check the wiring maybe just something left unplugged. Good luck hope this helps
