New brakes and a compliment

Took the car to the stealership today and had my front brakes done, brake fluid changed, oil changed and tire rotation.

the advisor told me he had one of his best guys working on the car because he could tell i took care of it and he valued that.

brakes were no issue. nothing seized or rusted.

He said it was the nicest cobalt he's seen come through. Amazing shape and well taken care of. he said almost all the cobalts that come through the garage are beat to **** and not taken care of.

i guess not driving it in the winter and having it fixed everytime something little happens pays off.

Working for a dealership i can tell you keep going back to get it serviced and by building that relationship they should take care of you whenever its possible. I know i value my regulars as the repeatedly pay my bills and find myself going that extra mile to help them when i can. People that think the dealership automatically owe them are going in it with the wrong attitude.

i have never been denied a warranty claim or paid out of my own pocket because they know i spend my money there and take care of my car.

i have had the entire engine replaced under warranty, two TPS sensors, clock spring, rear pads and rotors, complete HVAC controls due to small defect in the paint and also some defective paint repaired near door edge.

rental paid for or shuttle service, and great customer service.
