New Member! (Ion 2.4L)

I have been reading these forums for a few weeks, and wanted to introduce myself. I don't own a Cobalt-I have an ION 2.4L and hope to get some good advice from here.

I picked up my new ION yesterday! I had it ordered because I wanted everything on it. I got over $1,000 off with the GM supplier discount (Cingular). I really wanted a Red Line, but after my last car ('99 SL-1), I was tired of driving 5-speed in the city. I will say that the 2.4L (175hp!) is more than powerful enough. The leather is really nice too, especially the steering wheel. Check my gallery for all the photos.

Nothing wrong with the 2.4s I have one and I think it is good enough for me. If it is not enough for you check out the 2.4 section, Hahn racecraft is about to realese their turbo for our 2.4s

Not bad. If the Saturn dealership hadn't been an hour away I'd be on the Redline Forums right now. I like Saturns.

This may be a shock but not everyone buys a car for power.

yeah for a NA 4 cly our 2.4L is almost best in class. Even with the auto it'll run about a 15.7
