Damn. I never see any SS's around me. I see a few SS N/A's but never do I see a tc or sc by me. I do though sometimes when I travel out of Clermont County.

once awhile back(2-3yrs) i saw a red SS/SC in Montgomery and it was screaming hah still not an SC fan on small motors though..

to be honest, i see more sedan SS's than i'd like... and 90% of them are jacked up in some form or fashion...

I wanted an SC but I wanted a newer car. Mines an '08 and I got it for the same price as you. Hell, I wanted to SC and old neon I had just for ***** but it wasn't even reliable when I got rid of it.

i know a guy who took a neon, made it as much of an SRT-4 as he could sold it, picked up a fox body turbo'd it ran it without oil blew the turbo... now he is putting a new motor in it(unknown what motor though)

a buddy at work said he found my exact car for like $400 more in C-bus but he is on the Evo/STi side of life minus the few 240's he drools over

I've never really been into Evo's. I wanted to SC the Neon because everybody turbo's them or does the SRT swap.

I know a guy with an STI. He seems to be replacing something on it every week.

I want them too! Have for a couple years... I don't think they are lame as long as the car itself is done tastefully and simple

they are great little cars (s-series only) easy to work on/fix, and not to costly in any form...

plus the plastic body is just awesome

Yeah nothing to them, plus they are light as hell. I had set of H&R springs, adjustable rear sway bar intake and full exhaust, pulled the ac out and put a manual steering rack in. Car was way more fun to drive then the cobalt. Just slower.

Is it the 5 pice block bar? I had that 2. Can you still find aftermarket support for those cars? I've been thinking about getting another one.
