Nu-finish

There seems to be a lot of debate on Nu-Finish. Would you use it on your car?

theres a lot of people saying that they would never use it on their car cuz it contains abrasives and is not good for your clear coat and that it should only be used on older paint oxidized cars.

i use to only use meguiars...... but after reading these fourms and seeing cars waxed with ICE i tried it. I will never use anything but turtle wax Ice.

I've use it on my balt. I work at a steel mill and it had some **** I couldn't get off and didn't want to just cover with wax. It got the stuff off but I started to get water spots that wouldn't come off. Then I used nu-finish again and then waxed it, everything was OK after that. I just started using ICE Liqued claybar and wax.

ICE IS JUNK, it's not even a wax! Meguiars 3 step for me... pretty much everytime.

1.) Cleaner Wax
2.) Polish
3.) Carnuba Based Wax ( or I use Zaino or Mothers Reflections!)

That is it! The synthetic stuff is okay leaves a good shine but none of the protective qualities that a "true" wax does! Sorry to burst your bubbles guys but Turtle Wax hasn't made good stuff for years!
