I bought new rims a few months ago and with the winter coming up in a few months ill have to be taking them off so the salt doest kill them. I want to keep my rims on the tires i have, which have the o2 sensors. Im buying new tires to put my steelies on, but my question is, do i have to put o2 sensors in my new tires? I dont want to have to switch out the rims with the steelies just to have the sensor. I also dont wanna go out and spend $200 on new sensors. I figured since other cars dont have these sensors, what will it hurt for not having them for a few months. Help is appreciated. thanks
