this is an odd thing...

so i was a little curious the other day, and decided to do the SRI setup with my Injen CAI. realized my a filtered was god awfully dirty. took care of tha issue. the sound difference is very nice, imo. the thing im trying to figure out is my MPG's.... car's throttle response is much better, and im getting a bit better gas mileage. i dont get it lol. one other thing is, i wanna know if i wasted money by buying a new a cone filter, or are those things cleanable?

I don't think its a money spend fail - you clean and charge the old cone, then store it in a ziplock bag. Then, when it comes time to clean the one that's on the car, you swap - then take your sweet time cleaning/charging the one you take off.

Its all good!
