-so far i have had to replace my front windshield(my fault, actually my stereo's fault, the mirror fell off about 3 or 4 time so the last time i put it back on i used 5 minute epoxy, and it took a big chunk out of my windshield b/c it fell off again) but the cloth is cut to short on my passenger side door, and my steering feels really loose, got an appointment for that.

Mileage: 5400 Miles
- Leather fitment on passenger door

-Passenger door leather insert
-Bolt cuts into intake plastic

Mileage:

- bolt cuts into intake plastic
- possible wire durability issues (conduit rubs against metal tubing)
- E-brake light pops on occasionally ; paint defect in rear bumper ;

Mileage: 6000 Miles
- Passenger door leather insert cut too short
- It makes a noise when I'm on a bumpy road

Mileage: 8,600 Miles

-Paint defects on the hood - repainted
-Foam jammed sunshade - removed piece of foam
-Rattle in glove box
-Driver door handle clicks sometimes when pulled
-Only hitting 5-6psi in first gear - going to dealer soon with this problem

-Sunshade stuck due to that stupid piece of foam put in a bad place. I ripped it off, been fine ever since.
-Parking brake light comes on here and there for a sec. Common problem, doesn't bother me, not concerned.
-The car in general makes several odd noises here and there. HVAC system is certainly noisy with the hisses it makes. I think the backseats rattle over bumps right where the metal latch is to hold them in place rather than fold down. Other than, there's just some small odd noises it makes in general. Music alliveates all! The cobalt has a very quiet interiour, so I expect to hear more.

Mileage: ????
- Door panel leather too short. ----fixed at dealer.
- Vacuum hose was rubbing SC bypass.
- Fuel cap tether brock.----fixed at dealer.

Mileage: 4450 Miles
- After warm up car idle is rough. Engine light. Will have dealer look at it.
dealer reset system and still getting check engine light. Code is P0171. Only get light during hard driving. Made appointment with dealer.

Build Date: 7/05
Mileage: 290 Miles
-Rear passenger quarter panel has small imperfections in the clear coat.
-Side airbag wire in door was installed over the lift motor so that the wire was severed when the window was opened and shut a few times. Resulted in "service airbag" (fixed under warranty)
-Passenger side automatic window is slightly weaker than driver side.
