I'm having a hard time figuring out if the radiators are the same for Cobalt SS's and base Cobalts. The parts catalogs aren't being very helpful, some say 5/8" thickness or 9/16" thickness. I know one has a twin fan and the other single, do they mount the same? Can anyone measure their Cobalt SS thickness?

 

I believe the SS models have a larger radiator.

I remember looking at my buddies base model, and it def looked to be smaller than my radiator.

Not sure on actual dimensions though.

 

I never got a definite answer on this, but I think I'm just going to go with a 2.4L cooling setup which has the twin fans.
