Question outside temp gauge

I don't know if this is happening to anyone else, but ive noticed that the outside temperature gauge on the DIC is kinda...well, stupid. Today, it was around 85F and the thing was reading 67F: Note I was driving around for about 30 mins and it didnt change!

Anyone else recognize this or is my temp thing just stupid?

ive noticed it
my dealership told me that it will only read new temps once your car has been running a certain time, and over 30mph.

i dont know if thats for sure....but I have noticed that its not always correct, but generally when your driving highway speeds it is.

All I know is when mine drops below 32*F, it tells me there's ice possible on the roads. Not probable in Florida, but I get the point, its ***** ass cold outside.

More like freeze your ***** off cold, I've noticed mine acts retarded too, espically when it's raining, it just goes ape ****. It poured today, 21 Celicus, and the damn thing told me it was -2 and to expect ice

Mine is usually wrong too. Usually reads like 60*-70* even when it's 110* outside. Brought it to the dealership and they said it was within tolorence

Same here. If anything, it seems to be low rather than high.
