Passenger Seat Tilts on one side

My passenger seat is slightly tilted towards the inside of the car. None of my passengers hang over he side of the seat that would be causing it to bend or anything. Anyhow I am under warranty, but I am curious if anyone knows if its a part replacement or does the whole seat have to be replaced.

How big are the fatties that you are hauling in your car?

But it seems as though the whole seat would need to be replaced......
