PCV configuration pictures

Just doing some brainstorming of how i'm gonna set this up. have everything ready to go just seeing what you guys think. just some quick work in ms paint.

i see a lot of people running their setups similar to this

this will work. how ever there is no where for the oil to condense out of the air because of the way the lines are ran. yes it will get rid of pressure but there is no ventilation.

this is how i'll be running mine.

From an engineering standpoint, this is much better. it has pressure relief coming off the stock pcv nipple. yet still able to ventilate itself with the intake is still sucking out the pressure through the oil cap fitting, bringing it through the can to condense the oil out of the air, and then back through the engine.

what do you guys think??

i think leave it how it is stock, MAYBE ass a catch can inline with what is already there and you will be good to go. no need to over engineer something like this.

not with our kind of setups. pushing big time boost requires breather mods

so, it appears number 1 is the one to go with. although in theory number 2 is efficient, because its a vented can it will not work.
