People that have used copper spray for head gaskets
Last 2 times I have installed new head gaskets I have been plagued with very small coolant leaks. I want to use the copper gasket spray this time to avoid all that. I know some people on this forum have use this in the past and I wanted to hear your methods. How many coats did you do on each side? Do you coat both sides and let it get tacky before installation, put it on dry, or leave it wet?
I have a different block this time but same head I have always used. Block is freshly decked. It just seems this stuff doesn't hurt anything to use so I want to try it as I think if it is done correctly, it will only help.
