Hello guys!
I am researching what is the best setup for headlight bulbs. I did the H7 conversion but ballast keep blowing up on me so I want a more reliable solution. I was looking at the LED options because I assume is less heat for the headlight and my zone is tropical (temps range from 65f to 98f). I have the aftermarket projector headlights and I want something that does not blind other drivers on the road while providing good illumination.

You might just want to point your headlights down further because you're not going to get something that shows more light and is not blinding the other driver.

 

I run onex hid's and have had good luck so far. Depo headlights.

 

What ballasts are you running?

Given the tropical location I would make sure to run a potted ballast (circuit board sealed from moisture/water), as I'm sure all the moisture and salt in the air is getting in there and shorting things out. Here is a set https://www.theretrofitsource.com/am...moto-xb35.html
Now sure what type of connection your bulb is, but theretrofitsource carries a lot of stuff and they will call out if the ballasts are potted.
