Please help!

Please help!

i have an 06 ss sc and whenever im sitting still like at a light or whatever, theres a clunking noise coming from the engine. i have no clue what it is. it has 60k miles on it. when im driving it doesint make the noise and i dont notice any lose of power so im puzzled at what it could be.

Where is it coming from in the bay? High/low, passenger/driver side?

it sound like the very middle like something internal. if you know what a rod knock sounds like. thats what it sounds like. but it obviously cant be that
