Talking Pontiac Pursuit seat swap to Cobalt?

I'm looking to swap my cobalt seats out. I found a set on kijiji from a pontiac pursuit, can I switch them out without problems? Mine are the light grey and have seen many better days lol

I should clarify that I am unsure about the rear seat interchangeability between the 2 door and the 4 door. Maybe someone else can chime in

Okay, it's 4 door to 4 door, so that shouldn't be an issue then?

I switched the seats and they look 110 times better.. problem is that I think the passenger seat sensor is not functioning. Service airbag light is on, fiddled with the connection and reconnected a few times now with no success it's really annoying. Do I need to rip apart the old seatown and do a swap? Any experience with this? Thanks

^Thanks man

When I swap mine I had to swap the connector because it was physically different and wouldn't plug in, You can transport the weight sensor from your old seat onto the new one its not that hard to be honest.

I unhooked my battery and played the waiting game to avoid setting off my air bags, Not sure if you have to but its a good tip too stay on the safe side.

Think they recommend waiting half an hour. When I deal with airbag systems I usual disconnect the battery and touch the ground/negative cable to the positive. Haven't had an issue yet.

Just clear it all up all the seats are interchangeable. 2 door or 4 door. I do believe the 4 door front seats sit a little it higher. Also the 4 door seats do not lean forward to let people in the back. Other then that, the seats are all 100% interchangeable including the Ion seats.
