hey guys, new here and figured this would be the place to go to ask about this
i work for a car dealership here in VA and we had an 06 cobalt ss supercharged come in, its midnight metallic blue 5 speed all the extras and whatnot. it has 53k miles on it but needs some tires and has the airbag light on, i think it might have gotten rear ended because the rear bumper was replaced and the deck lid looks new(slight color difference under the wing)
it has a repair title but i put it on a lift here and saw nothing wrong with the frame, drove it and no shaking rattling or alignment issues either. they want 7600 for it, think its worth it?

 

That's a pretty good price IMO. But check the features and see if it has G85. aka LSD.

 

lsd? not really sure what that is haha....the car i currently drive is a 97 trans am ws6 so thats about all i know is 350s and mopar stuff

 

Dont sound like a bad price, but a "repair" title? Is that like a salvage title? If so i'd stay far away from it.

 

LSD = Limited Slip Dif. The G85 Pkg had that and recaro seats.

 

just looked in the glove compartment and it has the original sticker! yes it has the LSD, short throw shifter, and 4.05 gears

 

LSD - limited slip differential. In simple words.....it helps alot
