C-Pillar won't stay in place!

I cannot seem to get this stupid C-pillar to stay in place.. I have popped it back into place a couple times not and it just comes loose again. Does anyone else have this problem or know what I should do to remedy it? I was thinking about putting a little foam tape over the end of the clip to thicken it up and pop it back in. How do you properly remove it? Thanks for any input in advance.

It's not, they just clip in... Make sure the clips aren't broken.
