Possible problem

This morning on my way to work I decided to get on the gas a little bit.
I looked over to my boost guage and it pegged right at 20 psi. I am running a stage 2 kit. Here is the kicker I took my car to dealer ship for the cat replacement a couple of months ago. They did not want to replace it, all they did was tap on the pipe and told me it was good. I hear a buzzing sound and marbles. The car seems not to have it's torque as well. Should I push for this replacement or just get a someone to put on a straight pipe. I a currently run the factory header.

cat clogged more than likely. push for a replacement or pull off the downpipe and take a broom handle inside the pipe and beat the **** out of it to clear it out.

Well an update. Lou Bachrodt sucks big *****. I tried this afternoon after work to talk them into replacing the cat on the recall notice. The manager said no way,, they would have to hook the car onto the computer. That right now is a red flag to me. I am old school I am thinking cutting that sumbiatch out and welding a pipe in. still need help Blazin..who has hp tuners down here..
