I just recently ordered and received this morning stage 1 mount and spacer for my 06 lsj. My question is this, I got the mount, the key-hole spacer, and two bolts but in some threads ive seen there is a spacer or two for the through-bolt on the front mount, were there supposed to be anything besides what I listed?

 

No spacer on the front mount only for the rear, that seems to be everything I can remember. Have the stage 2 on both of my cars and love it.

That seems to be everything, no spacer on the front mount only the rear. I have the stage 2 on both of my cars and love it. FYI the stage 2 only includes a rear LNF mount so if you can get one then it's the same.

 

Okay just making sure. I eventually plan on getting the lnf rear mount. I'm going to call around to my favorite dealers sometime this week to see what kind of deal they can get me.

 

I took this quote from another post and to reiterate my first concern it appears I did not receive any spacers whatsoever. This quote was taken from a very recent thread.

 

Yup just got done emailing John and there is supposed to be one spacer and it was not in the package. No big deal though, truthfully I'm just glad most everything else showed up. The package looked like it went through hell and back.

 

I'm sorry I completely forgot about the little bushing spacers that go between the gap from the old wider opening and the new bushing.

 

It's alright no biggie. I figure customs lost it because it sure looks like they tore open the package and taped it to hell and back to send it on its way. John mailed me one right away, great customer service on their part. Even if the spacer isn't here by Friday I plan to at least look into maybe installing the mount and just using washers to take up the space otherwise it's going to be another couple of weeks before I get another chance and I'm dying to see what kind of difference it's going to make in how the car drives.

 

Honestly I felt the trailing cabs much more than the rotated mounts, although they do help.

 

Those will be next since my car has 143k on the clock on all stock suspension.

 

Wow I did it at 70k and I could feel a shake in the wheel when getting on and off the throttle at highway speeds.
