Power window conversion

i have a 2008 cobalt ls without power windows and i found somebody trying to sell tracks motors and wires... is there anything else i need? has anybody done this before? can someone show me a thread that explains the conversion?

also he is selling a steering wheel with audio controls and cruise controls but it doesnt have the airbag (accident). cruise control shouldnt be an issue but i might not be able to get volume controls... is this correct?

if someone could help me on these questions it would be greatly appreciated!
