Pre Order from maximun boost

Does anyone know the address to maximum boost?? I pre ordered a CAI in october 05 and its now Jan. 06 and guess what.... still no cai. I called and emailed several times and Frank will not respond. I filed a complaint with paypal and won but they cant recover any funds being that he took all his funds out. I'm filing a police report on friday for fraud. And i need a address to have the local authorities pay him a visit. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I ordered it the same time and canceled after like the 3rd delay. That **** only gave me $160 of my $220! I seen his intake today on Ebay. If your lucky its him and you can track him down.

this is straight from Frank:

"The intakes are now in and shipping out immediately. I never meant for our deal to go sour. PLEASE e-mail me the exact address you want the intake sent to: sales@maximumboost.net They are already in stock (which is why we have them listed on Ebay).

Thanks."

he cant post for whatever reason

message just written to Maximun boost : I don't know why were having problems receiving a refund. Again... we have already purchased a CAI for our cobalt, and I've stated this in several emails. It just took to long to try and receive yours. If you would like to try and make this right give me a full refund or ship me a short throw shifter for a 06 Chevy cobalt 2.0 SS s/c and a partial refund. Please let me know by friday 01/13/06. If you have and questions for me, please feel free to call me. Thanks and I look forward to hearing from you.

Man..Helll nooo!!! LOL

He was like... "Guaranteed NO CEL with this Intake or your money back"...this "frank" is like 19, he's proved on here he is not reliable. I e-mailed him about the intakes out of curiosity and he said they were having trouble welding the MAF fitting on or some ****, I wouldnt put that intake on my brand new car!

Frank used to post on here quite regularly. Now that I think about it, I don't recall any recent posts by him.

This is Frank.

First off, I have NO clue why I was banned...I did nothing wrong. I stopped advertising on here partly because I was only getting 50 hits a month and it didn't seem worth it.

Secondly, I was never a fraud. Everything on JBO was people bickering that I purchased from those that sold on Ebay. NOT ONCE did a REAL CUSTOMER Post something on JBO about me being a scammer and me NOT taking care of something. Everytime I Had a problem with a customer it was solved.

As for this package, it has been shipped today via UPS Ground: 1ZE7F3100305759442

Furthermore, I don't appreciate people posting my personal information on these message boards. Just because I am 19 years of age does not make me a scammer in any way. I run a successful business, and there's no reason for you guys to flame...especially people that have NEVER been a customer. How can you justify anything?

Yes, this business is an ONLINE BUSINESS ONLY. And if you don't believe it's a registered business, then here's my tax Id number: 45-8013458577-3

And, if you'd like, feel free to look up the name "Maximum Boost" and see if the fictitous name is registered - you'll find that it's registered for 5 years under MY NAME.

I'm trying as hard as I can to get this company off the ground and I'm NOT out to scam anyone.

And by the way, it's not a starship trooper. You should look into your movies more. It's STAR WARS...and it's called the 501st legion > www.501st.com
